Thera360 PLUS Personal Sauna (Black)

Incredible piece of equipment to support immune and overall health. I am a functional medicine coach/nurse and have had many clients purchase it who rave about it. It personally saved me with Lymes arthritis and detoxing. Therasage support has been incredibly helpful in remediating any issues that arise and providing support with product. Highly refcommend!

This sauna has become part of my nightly ritual. 30 minutes, audiobook on, water bottle next to me. I come out drenched and so relaxed. The red light therapy is incredible, my skin haven’t looked this good in years. Also want to say the customer service team at Therasage is amazing, so helpful when I had setup questions.

The Thera360 Plus is hands-down one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. I use it almost daily and feel a noticeable difference in my energy, sleep, and recovery. The infrared heat is deeply relaxing, and I love that it’s portable and easy to set up. Highly recommend!

I absolutely LOVE my sauna. It heats up so fast, and is so calming!!! I would recommend this to anyone 1000x over!!! I was going back and forth between the black and the white, and I kept seeing people say the white gets dirty fast so I went with the black. I DO really wish I got the white because it goes with my apartment better. Other than my mistake I love love love it!!!

Was super hesitant to splurge but I’m so glad I did. I’ve used it 5x a week since it arrived. I have arthritis in both knees and I can honestly say my inflammation has totally gone down!! Plus I’ve even lost a few pounds lol. 10/10 recommend

After using my Therasage pemf mat for years, I finally added the sauna and what a combo!! I use it every morning after my runs and feel incredible all day. My muscles recover SO much faster. Love that it folds up easily and fits in my closet.

After listening to a lot of podcast & webinars on the benefits of Infrared Sauna I decided to buy one.
I did some research and found Therasage and loved the concept of Therasage Personal Infrared Sauna where my head is not in the heat but sticking out of the sauna. I bought the Therasage Personal Infrared Sauna & have never regretted buying it.
The therasage infrared sauna is
1. compact, fits one person and the size is perfect so I can put it in the bedroom or anywhere i want. And i can easily move it or even travel with it and the set up is easy.
2. the benefit of the full spectrum infrared lights. Sometimes I am not able to get out into the sun but I can get the benefits of the sun in the sauna. The sun is best of course. I even bought the Thera03 Ozone Module so i can use that in my sauna. Love this product. I get the added benefit of increased blood oxygenation and improve the function of my immune system including enhance production of nitric oxide, helps with mitochondrial health, etc, etc. I will be buying the Tri Light Panels to add more benefits of the RLT to my sauna sessions. I have been reading up on the amazing benefits of RLT. I love the idea that I can add "accessories" to my existing sauna without having to buy a whole new sauna. I also bought the TheraGlow Face Mask. Since my head is not in the sauna the face mask helps me get the benefits of the targeted light therapy. During my sauna session I drink my hydrogen water to hydrate my body after much sweating!
3. There are a lot of benefits that I could outline in review of Therasage Infrared Sauna. It helps with my sleep, detoxification, (the skin is the largest detox organ & sweating is a great way to detox), helps fight inflammation, ease aches & pains, anti-aging, etc etc. I get into my sauna every evening without fail. It is part of my lifestyle. I feel amazing after each session.
4. Best of all is Therasage products are not so expensive that it is out of the reach of many who can't afford to spend thousands of dollars at the outset but can keep adding accessories to increase the benefits of the infrared sauna. Even if you can't afford buying the accessories now buy the personal infrared sauna then later add the accessories when you can afford it. That is what i did. I NEVER regretted buying the Therasage Personal Sauna. It was the best investment I have made for my health. Besides eating healthy, exercise, meditate, drinking clean filtered hydrogen water, etc the Infrared Sauna has contributed to my overall health. I have encouraged all my friends to consider investing in Infrared Sauna, RLT, Ozone Therapy. I have personal experience of the amazing benefits of all these. It is not cheap to stay healthy but to be sick is even more expensive.
